I am a bartender in Manhattan who discovered One Fair Wage during the initial lockdown due to COVID-19 in March of 2020. Since then, One Fair Wage has been the one beacon of hope I have had throughout this entire pandemic. As someone who has worked in the service industry for almost ten years, it is such a relief to know there is an organization like One Fair Wage fighting for the rights of restaurant workers across America.
